Additional information, instructions, documents and other forms are provided throughout this Website. This page is the primary source of information for Radio, TV y Más. • What information do you need from me when I submit my script?

When you submit your script, please include the following information: 
  Company You Represent, Company’s Physical Address, Your Name 
  and phone number with extension where we can reach you. We will 
  then assign a "Client ID Number" for you to use on future orders.
  
  Choose the talent for your production, indicate level of urgency and
  when you need the production returned by, as well as Production 
  Notes: Length and type or style of read you desire. And please be 
  certain to include the proper pronunciation of any branded words, terms
  or phrases with phonetically spelled examples, or call us to clarify 
  pronunciation.

• How will you deliver the audio files to me?
  
  By using your "Client ID Number" to gain access, you can retrieve your 
  audio files from your folder at our secure ftp site.

• I’m in a hurry… how soon can I expect my production to be ready?

In as little as in just a few minutes; simply let us know and we will 
  expedite your order immediately. We're continuously in the studio from 
  8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST. All other orders will be delivered within the 
  hour, same day or next day; depending level of priority noted on the 
  Production Order.

• How will I know when my production is ready for me to download?
  
  We will notify you via e-mail, followed by a phone call as soon as your 
  production is ready for you to download.

• Will you bill me again if I change only one word on the script you 
  produced earlier today? 
  
  Yes! This is an “Author Edit” and you will be billed again, for recording 
  changes to the original spot.

• I had a spot produced about a month ago and I would like a RECUT, 
  will you bill me again? 
  
  Yes! Your production should have been proofed upon receipt and then 
  notified Radio, TV y Mas of any discrepancy in the audio. There is 
  a three day proofing period, in which clients have to listen to and 
  approve audio. After three days, any request made will be billed again 
  as a new recording.

• Can I stop production if I just now found an error in the script I sent?

Yes! As long as we haven't finished the production we’ll stop your order 
  at no charge. In the event that we’ve already finished voicing your script 
  then, we will bill you again for a new read.
